  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, or supplier timelines.


2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: Additional time may be required

Please note that delivery timelines are approximate and not guaranteed.


3. Pre-Order & Imported Products

Certain products listed on our website are available on a pre-order or import basis.

For such products:

  • Shipping timelines may vary depending on supplier dispatch and customs clearance

  • Delays due to logistics or import procedures may occur

  • Customers will be informed in case of major delays


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on product size, weight, and delivery location.

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or order values during promotional periods.

  • Additional charges may apply for oversized or heavy automotive products.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email

  • Customers can track shipment status directly through the courier partner website


6. Delivery Delays

Kartomotive shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by customer

Delivery timelines may extend during festivals, sales, or high-demand periods.


7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If

  • Incorrect address is provided

  • Customer is unavailable during delivery

  • Shipment is returned due to failed delivery attempts

Additional re-shipping charges may apply.


8. Damaged Package

If the package appears tampered, damaged, or opened at the time of delivery:

  • Record a proper unboxing video immediately

  • Do not accept visibly damaged packages without verification

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.


9. Cash on Delivery (If Available)

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on selected products and locations only.

Kartomotive reserves the right to:

  • Restrict COD for certain orders

  • Request advance payment confirmation

  • Cancel suspicious COD orders
