1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacement requests will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Product received in damaged condition

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Missing item in the package

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and uninstalled

  • The product must be returned in original packaging

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • A proper unboxing video and supporting images are mandatory

Kartomotive reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving any return or replacement request.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Imported or special-order products

  • Pre-order products

  • Customized products

  • Used or installed products

  • Electrical or electronic items after installation

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or installation

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Products showing signs of usage, modification, or physical damage after delivery shall not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

3. Pre-Order & Imported Products

Certain products available on Kartomotive are sourced on a pre-order or import basis.

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines for such products may vary

  • Delays caused by suppliers, logistics, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances may occur

  • Advance payments made for imported or pre-order products are strictly non-refundable

  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted once the order is confirmed

4. Refund Process

Refunds will only be processed after successful inspection and approval by our support team.

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • Within 5–7 business days

  • To the original payment method or customer bank account

Shipping, handling, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch confirmation.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests shall not be accepted.

Kartomotive reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions

  • Operational limitations

In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.

6. Installation & Product Usage Disclaimer

All aftermarket automotive products sold by Kartomotive are recommended to be installed by qualified professionals only.

Kartomotive shall not be held responsible for:

  • Improper installation

  • Wiring or electrical issues

  • Vehicle compatibility concerns

  • Performance-related issues

  • Damage caused during or after installation

  • Misuse, modification, racing, or unauthorized usage

Customers are advised to verify local regulations before using aftermarket products on public roads.

7. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

For any damage, missing item, or wrong product claims:

  • A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video is compulsory

  • The package label and product must be clearly visible in the video

  • Claims must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines displayed on the website are approximate and may vary depending on:

  • Location

  • Courier availability

  • Customs clearance

  • Supplier dispatch timelines

  • Natural or operational delays

Kartomotive shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances.
